Almost certainly not. Most patients tell us their colleagues only realised they were having treatment when they mentioned it. You may have small tooth-coloured attachments on a few teeth to help the aligners grip — these are subtle.
This is the single biggest reason adults choose Invisalign over fixed braces. They're discreet enough to wear through almost any professional setting, and you can pop them out for an important presentation if you genuinely want to.
No. Invisalign is a private cosmetic treatment and isn't available on the NHS for adults. The good news is finance brings it within reach of most budgets.
Relapse is the single biggest threat to your result, which is why we include both bonded retainers (a thin wire glued behind your front teeth) and removable retainers in every plan. Wear the removables nightly for life and your smile stays straight.
Mail-order aligners skip the in-person dentist. That's cheaper, but it means no one is physically examining your teeth, gums and bite — and several mail-order companies have collapsed mid-treatment, leaving patients stranded. At Cadbury, you see a real dentist who's accountable for your result.
